We received a second hand monitor. The box had been opened previously and the goods packaged back up for re-sale. It was seemingly bought and returned by another buyer. All fine, except that we paid for a new monitor. Laptops Direct should advise customers if they are selling returned items. It would give customers opportunity to understand why they were returned in the first place and review purchasing decisions. In addition, none of the cables suited - possibly the reason for the return - and we had to use others already in our possession. The cable types were not made clear online ahead of purchasing. The monitor itself is good and arrived promptly.
