laptop arrived very quickly...and we are pleased so far.
The process of ordering was hampered by the fact that there is NO phone number to talk to staff concerning extras and warranties. Our questions were not answered in a timely manner via the AI BOT...I like to talk to humans. It almost made me go to another supplier however they did not offer the same deal. PLEASE GET A PHONE LINE....
