Bad company with the worst business ethics. Worst customer and courier service among all apps. Their courier gives the parcel to unknown people with no consent from the buyer. Their courier also don't deliver the package but will put their reason as, "the customer refused the parcel". Even if you report this, they will do nothing. They will reply with AI-generated messages and will never provide an actual human reply.
I was waiting for the parcel for two days when it was announced that there will be an attempt to deliver it. They didn't even try to deliver, just returned the parcel to the owner.
