It just never occurred to me to seek Reviews of Ledkia prior to my purchase of a single 200w LED spotlight, but had I done so I think their low scoring by others would have had me running for the hills. As it was I bought in ignorance. When I received the floodlight (sent from Spain) a few days later the brown-paper, parcel-packaging was undamaged but the spotlight's aluminium case was broken. It looked like it must have been dropped, but if so this would have had to have been prior to being white-boxed as that inner box was undamaged just like the outer packaging. I contacted Ledkia who proved perfectly pleasant to deal with. Photos of the packaging and damage were required but once Ledkia had these, a new floodlight was immediately dispatched. It arrived a few days later and, interestingly, this time it was far better packaged than hitherto. So, my experience of Ledkia's Customer Service was good.
