De levertijd was behoorlijk lang, we hebben eerst moeten bellen.
Vriendelijk te woord gestaan maar probleem niet opgelost.
Er zou een compleet nieuwe ventilator toegestuurd worden.
Ook dit duurde weer lang.
Eindelijk een doos binnen met ventilator waar geen bladen bij zaten.
De bladen welke wij dus nog hebben paste ook niet.
Ik voel mij opgelicht. Ben bang dat dit ook echt zo is.
Denk aan aangifte doen van diefstal want wel betalen maar geen deugdelijk product leveren.”
“Placed the order on 04/12 and was supposed to get it within 24/48 hours. Chased it on Friday 06/12 and was told that it will be with me Thursday 12/12 or Friday 13/12 at the latest. Chased it again yesterday and have now been told that stock will not get to UK before 19/13 or 20/12. No communication at all. Time wasting jokers. Must stay away!!!!”
“I ordered LED tubes and LED ruban. The delivery time was much longer than on the website, at least twice. 2 tubes over 20 arrived broken and the LED strip did not work at all. Since 2 weeks I asked to return the product and I have no answer. I called yesterday and the guy on the phone told me that it is not normal and that he put my request in priority to have news same day. Result: no news !”

“ordered a light in black for a job,... they sent it in white. hones up to sort and they said i had to fill in a form, they couldn't just correct this, and that i had to return the other item first which was a joke. I filled in the form,... and in the accounts section was showing as complete for a week before i emailed asking for an update. They then said it hadnt been processed, and then went on to offer that i keep the white light at a reduced rate. If i wanted white i would have ordered white!! i have a customer screaming at me over this, and Ledkia have been of no help what so ever”
“Tell people the truth the 24/48 hour delivery is not true,I placed an order on the 4th of July and it said everything was in stock. A week later nothing so I called to ask were my order was the response was logistics and IT problems from their head office in Spain and told I would receive it the following week as it's on its way. Second week nothing so I emailed asking about my order only to be told it's a " bespoke order" and was being made by hand in their workshop in Spain.
Sorry but there is nothing "bespoke" about it they sell it by the meter just cut the required length off and the power cable are all the same so I can't see them only making one at a time, which incidentally is very short and you would have to modify it to get the correct ones. This would void any warranty. The rest of the order made up of small accessories so they should have boxes of them.
Today is the 21st still nothing so I emailed and told them to cancel the order and refund the money, well they said they have cancelled the order and a refund in the next few days so that probably means in around three weeks.
They look good sound good but unfortunately they are rubbish and I asked the question what company set's up a new Wearhouse without putting all the necessary logistics and IT in place before opening. Sorry but I just don't buy all the excuses.”
“3 orders placed, with the third order 16 of 32 LED tubes were broken during transport. Immediate notification to the specified customer service contacts was not accepted, and a follow-up via another channel was then no longer recognized due to the time delay. Very weak customer support, with excuses that are not legally covered.”
“I would advise avoiding this company at all costs. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I bought led strip lights for my house from them. As I was not comfortable placing the order online, I spoke to their customer services, and after explaining my requirements, sent them an email confirming all the items I required.
They sent the items (Note they charge a high postage charge, so asking for single items later is very expensive). I was sent the strip lights with the remotes and LED drivers but not the connectors for the drivers to mains supply. When I queried the same, I was told they were not required. After multiple conversations and referring to my email, they admitted that they were required but asked for a 20 pounds charge for delivery.
To cut the story short, even after the same, the lights didn’t work, and after sending multiple proofs, was directed to their technical team, who wanted further proof!
They never admit their fault or refund, so BEWARE of buying in the first instance. Other companies with a slightly higher price might be worth compared to dealing with such companies. Just look at their other reviews to decide as well.”
“Worst customer service ever. I ordered some LED molding (sausage over 180€) and they arrived broken and damaged. These are fragile items but they were packed in think cardbord boxes without any protective material to avoid transport damage. I opened the delivery only after 2 days as I was busy with some renovations and stuff. When I reached out about return/replacement they outright refused saying I should have contacted them within 48 hours, which goes against the EU consumer laws in my opinion. I sent them photos showing the damage, and they said, you can touch up those damages and still use the product. I'm going to see if I can get some justice via ConsuWijzer”

This company is a total scam.
Nothing is stored in the UK and incurs import charges, and that's if anything even gets delivered.
The customer service is appalling, so in my case they sent me 3 UPS tracking numbers, all 3 are incorrect. The goods have not left Ledkia since the order was placed last month, and Ledkia are unable to give me the correct tracking, shipment date or a refund.
The lady on the phone never returns calls and is unbelievably rude. Her comprehension levels seem to be extremely poor as she cannot understand why I would want the correct tracking number for goods that have not arrived. I discovered today that nothing has been shipped, after weeks of chasing them and being told UPS have the goods and that Ledkia will call me back to confirm, which they never did.
My only option now is to report this transaction as fraud to my card issuer. Reading the similar reviews, I really do hope others either avoid them in future or report them too to ensure their PDQ issuer strikes them off.”
“This company is not a uk based company. They are Spanish despite the co.uk website and London telephone number which incidentally is never answered.
My order arrived incorrect and faulty but no way of contacting anyone to dispute only on line interface and a phone that never gets answered.
Do not deal with this company!!”
