Out £1820 and sleeping on the floor.
Ordered a bed frame and 2 bedside tables 6th July 21 with delivery before Xmas. 2 cancelled deliveries in December. Cancelled again on Jan and bed won’t be available until June/ July. Have tried customer service who send me to store, who send me to head office, who send me to store manager, who sent me to distributions and like the rest of the staff promised a call back which never happens! Please avoid them for your own sanity!!!!
