Ordered the Titanic online. Once order had gone through, was then informed that it was on back order. When it did arrive, three of the four boxes were damaged and very obvious that the damage occurred before being packed for sh. Contacted Lego who were very slow to respond. Their response over a week was that it was the couriers fault and that I would have to return the whole set for a replacement. This has taken them two weeks to get to this point, my kids are beside themselves looking at this set and not being able to build it. Come on lego, either just send new boxes or offer some cash back and make my kids (the next generation of lego purchasers) happy. Will never buy online again.
