I purchased my IdeaCentre AIO 3 All in One Desktop in December 2023. On July 19, 2024, the computer would not connect with WIFI. I called Costo where I purchased it. Troubleshooted for about 1/2 a day, including a factory reset. Nothing worked. Started all over again with Lenovo.
More down time. Lenovo Customer service sent a box for me to pack up the computer and send it in for repair. That took 3 days to arrive. On July 29, 2024, I sent it through Fed Ex Ground to Houston for repair, where it remains today.
Estimated completion date -- August 22, 2024. Then return through Fed Ex Ground, which will take another 3 or 4 days. Total down time: over one month for a computer that is about 7 months old.
I never had this problem with Dell or HP. Won't buy Lenovo again.
