Terrible technical support - why waste money on agents that want to do the bare minimum and suggest returning the desktop where I bought it from, rather than finding a solution?
Again, my issue was trying to find out why the Lenovo IdeaCenter all-in-one desktop was giving me the error "an internal error has occurred" when I tried enabling the BitLock from the Windows Pro that I just purchased.
I downloaded drivers, I rebooted it. It's something inside the desktop that is preventing the BitLock from enabling.
Yet your tech support says contact Microsoft or return it.
