I bought the laptop mid November 19, since then it has spent more time with their repair department than it has with me, three times it has been repaired, all for the same issue, on start up it comes up with "preparing automatic repair", it then does nothing, they have replaced most of the insides, motherboard, SSD and other items each at least twice, it came back before Easter, started up again guess what same again.
I demanded a refund, and was told that they could not do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager and was told that that was not possible as he was going home soon and then cut off.
The laptop was bought off the Lenovo website, but the laptop was delivered via a company called Digital River Ireland Ltd. They are a nightmare to contact, they do not have an address you can get hold of them on, but a C/O address based in Accrington but with a London telephone number. Twice I have tried to call it, half and hour wait each time only to be cut off each time when I told them what I wanted.
I would have thought a company like Lenovo would have a proper customer services team in place, not a third party organisation that acts like a back street cut and shunt outfit.
I cannot advise anyone to buy direct from Lenovo not due to the products, but the after service which is the worst I have ever come across, down to the credit card company now.
