Very friendly and informative staff. I dealt with Shane. The bikes were well presented and the one that came in a box was beautifully packaged, easy to put together and not a scratch on it. Delivery was a bit frustrating but not the fault of Leon. Am still getting used to "driving" the bike but all in all very happy with our purchases.
