Out of the box, only had to adjust the gear setting and put slime in the tyre's, minor scratch on the frame where the handle bar assembly had chaffed on the down tube, more padding would have been good, all things considered Melbourne to Port Augusta is a fair distance so the freight company did a good job. The bike assembly, apart from the gear cable was perfect, the bike is heavy but ride,s great I only use the e drive on windy days or on the last gasp on steep hills, have only ridden about 120K the battery still shows 51 volts best toy I have ever given myself I am now A 75 year old teenager.
