Excellent bike, excellent customer service. I ordered Venice just to find that the bike is too big for me and hence got the Milano for replacement. As the bike was not used at all, I have the replacement delivered without hassle. Highly appreciate it! The Milano itself is super comfy. No issues at all when you follow the instruction properly.
