Great overall experience: I had to call them to arrange a staggered payment on 2 bikes which was easy to do. Bikes arrived in 2 days with text notice before. Getting them out of the large boxes was tricky for one person but assembly was relatively easy ( needed pliers to turn the Allen keys). Really appreciated how well packaged/protected the bikes were and the quick release ties. Manual was very brief but Utube videos provided much more info.
