Purchased an NCM Moscow 29" 48V, in Sep 2020. However around Mar 2021 started to eperience an intermittent fault with the Daskit L7 display turning off, grinding noises from back wheel and by Aug 2021 the no electrics. In Sep 2021 contacted Leon who pointed out the bike was covered under Leon's 12mth warranty and provided a choice of authorised dealers for repairs in my area. Within 6 business days the fault was diagnosed, parts despatched, (controller, cables, motor) and installed The bike performs better now than when originally purchased. Shout out to Leon cycles Melbourne and Brisbane Bike Rental for standing by their 12mth warranty and providibg excellent after sales customer service. As a consequence have since replaced the Daskit L7 display with an off-road C7 display to unlock speed and power settings.
