Have just received my NCM Milano Plus. Was easy to assemble. Great to ride. Quality at a reasonable price. Some hiccups in the delivery process. No tracking from pickup in Melbourne. Some days in limbo caused me anxiety. Eventually tracking started. I didn't know if bike was in Victoria or WA. Then bingo tracking showed in Perth and loaded for delivery. I realize between covid and heavy workloads freight delays can happen but proper tracking from pickup at Leon would have saved me much anxiety. Heavy duty box was split open but no damage. I am enjoying this great bike.
