In the past couple of weeks I have purchased an NCM Prague e-mountain bike & a 26-700C rear mudguard. Both purchases were delivered promptly (& free in the case of the bike) & were exactly as advertised in terms of quality, condition & spec. The bike is my first e-bike & I'm very impressed with it. It seems solidly built & runs great. Apart from a few minor adjustments during assembly everything seems to work as it should & so far it has given trouble free operation. The mudguard was easy to fit & works well. The bile was purchased for my wife, but we are both so impressed with it that we're considering buying a second one for me. Overall very happy with Leon Cycle service & product quality.
