I purchased an Ebike Battery charger and despite receiving an email informing me that my parcel had been delivered my order never showed up.
I reached out to Leon Cycle to be informed that they were opening an investigation into the location of my parcel.
They determined the item had been lost in transit. HOWEVER, without even contacting me to ask me what I would like to do given this situation, after I had ALREADY purchased another battery charger from elsewhere after this hassle, they simply sent me another one for which I now presumably am going to have the hassle of having to return and pay for said return.
Incredibly poor customer service and unfortunately a terrible experience purchasing with this company.
If a Leon Cycles team member reads this and would like to reach out to rectify this issue that would be excellent.
