Overall I'm really happy with my C5, it arrived fairly promptly, was easy to put together and rides well.
I have replaced the seat because I didn't find it to be comfortable. Only small issues were one of the 4 screws holding the handle bar on was a little cross threaded and the little part that clamps the brake cable to the rear caliper was missing – fortunately I found this on the bottom of the box the bike arrived in.
