I'm happy to report a very positive experience at Leon's. My elderly mother is moving to a Retirement Residence. The furniture she currently owns is too big to fit in her new apartment. We ordered all new furniture 6 weeks before her move in date. I followed up at the 4 week timeframe and all but the kitchen table and chairs are ready for delivery. There was 1 problem with the bedroom set. One item that secures the bed frame together was missing. Our salesman, Walt Provencher, found the item at a different store and has arranged for it to be shipped to the London store, where we purchased all the new furniture. We are very appreciative that Walt went out of his way to make sure that all the parts belonging to the bedroom suite will be delivered together. I would highly recommend Leon's, and in particular, Walt, our sales person!!!
