“Unfortunately Leon’s is not much trustworthy .Don’t waste your money and time. It has been a month now that my dining set has been delivered but not usable because it’s missing 2 chairs that were initially sent to me mistakenly .when you pay the money, No one is there to take care of their own mistakes.I had the same issue for my fridge,Not recommended at all.”

“We purchased a three-seater sofa from Leon’s about five months ago. Upon delivery, we noticed that the middle section was noticeably lower than the sides, and there were two scratches on the surface. We reported the issue and two inspectors from Leon’s came and confirmed that the sofa should be replaced. After months of waiting, a delivery truck finally arrived — but the driver briefly looked at the sofa and said it was fine, even claiming the replacement might be worse. He then left without completing the exchange. It is disappointing that a truck driver could override a decision made by Leon’s own experts. We expected better service and respect for our time and purchase.”

“We purchased a sectional from Leon's and upon delivery we contacted them about the creases and defects. Leon's sent a technician out who said we would have to go in to talk to Leon's customerservice. Not sure why as spent time writing what he saw. I sent pictures about the defected piece and the response was it is manufacturer built.. one end piece is different to the other, it ia quite visible. Leon's would not change the piece out. We feel we got shafted and might not have Leon's as a first thought for purchases as they did not fix the issue we have with the furniture piece.”

“I ordered a dining table, but the tabletop was slightly damaged upon arrival. When I called customer service, they offered a partial refund, but I wanted a brand-new table. They told me I’d have to wait six weeks for a replacement! The hardware was taped outside the box with a torn plastic bag—not even inside the packaging. One screw was missing, and when I called, they told me to buy it from Home Depot. I went, but they didn’t even have the right size! The table also looked like it had been previously assembled, but customer service denied it. Overall, a terrible experience—poor quality control and slow service. I wouldn’t order from them again.”

“I am completely satisfied with the delivery guys Sam and Tyler! Funny, friendly, and helpful! I love my couch and they set it up for me without issue. The couch is comfortable , sturdy, clean, and perfect for me. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my home items. Yes you pay more but it is good quality and lasts a long time.”

“Purchases a couch beginning of January 24 2025. They said it would be delivered end of March . Now it’s end of March and they are saying it’s going to be another month. Ridiculous delivery times. I highly don’t recommend buying anything from Leon’s!!!”

“Went into Leons in Moncton today looking for a recliner and met a very rude woman sales representative who explained the chair I was looking at was American made and that Leons was pulling all American products. I told I don't support boycott, I shop based on quality and price, she then told me I should go follow my wife who waslooking at something else and she then turned walked away. Disgusting customer service, I will never step foot in Leons again.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Leons Pointe Claire owes me $46.25 for over 10 days, they assured me that once my item was delivered - the credit would be issued immediately on my card, I had to call the store 3x and each time - I was assured that I would receive my credit that same day, however today after calling again, I am now told that it will take 10 days by mail to receive a cheque. Management could not care less about informing me about this. If I had owed them $ - you can be sure, I would have been harassed by Leons head office. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED BY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!”

“Joan Skinner was the Leon’s staff that served me and my friend and she was excellent! She answered all of my questions even fielding some questions in the phone after the sale. She was friendly and very competant and a real joy to interact with. My experience couldn’t have been better!”

“I had bought a lazy boy recliner from them with a 5 year warranty and it broke we called them and still waiting for Leon to honor their warranty. Been 1month since we called and if this is how they handle their costumes I recommend never buying from them again I know I'm thinking that way now”

“After spending 3500 on a power recliner couch the switch and lights have gone out of it after less than 20 uses. Parts on order from China with no eta or responce from the parts manufactures as per leons. Sad that leons wouldn't pull a part from one from stock to keep a customer happy. Never again will i buy anything from leons!!!”

“If I could give zero stars believe me I would. My fiancé and I had the worst experience ever. I bought her a couch that turns into a bed (not a hide a bed). The gentleman we spoke with said if we didn’t like it for any reason we could return it. My fiancé said it was hurting her back it was hurting mine too. I went back to the store five days later the gentleman we dealt with wasn’t there so I had to speak to another salesman. They told me to go to the return department in the back. The lady I spoke to said it couldn’t be returned even though I told her that’s what I was told. WILL NEVER SHOP AT LEONS AGAIN”

“Perturbed that LG black stainless steel finish is wearing off on both fridge and stove doors where handles attach to respective doors. Do. NOT buy stainless or black stainless LG appliances and pay MORE for these pretty finishes! Buy boring, old-fashioned white enamel.”

“I ordered a couch for delivery. It got delivered but they bent the bottom frame rail. That was way over a month ago. They sent a tech and a part is ordered so here I sit with crooked couch. Then I also ordered the stain protection. The guy comes out today and sprays the sealant on. Didn’t move my guitar which was right behind the couch and got over spray all over the floor and never cleaned the couch prior so he locked in cat hair which is what they say they would avoid doing.”
