Ordered upright freezer in sept 2021 for my sons house warming gift, I was told it would be in Oct , I had to call , then told me it was on back order , which was fine , then called again to see when it was coming in , then told me not till Jan 2022 , fine , then called to tell me they could not delivery it to me , because it was not in they delivery area, that I had to wait another week for them to delivery to another store , for it to be delivered in Guelph , they came , was not in box , delivery guy told me it was floor model , which I thought I was buying brand new , it came with dent in side and huge dents in back , I waited six months and they had my money to receive floor model , will never shop Leon’s again .
