2 years ago we purchased a couch at the Dundas St E location in Mississauga. The salesman at that time was Francisco Buitrago, he was very knowledgeable friendly & professional. Prior to the delivery of the couch there was a slight price drop, I contacted him, attended customer service & received the difference. The couch was delivered on time, and set up. We found ourselves in need of a new Queen mattress & box spring set, I contacted Leon’s asking for the same salesperson, finding he still worked there I was able to speak to him & set an appointment the next day. I attended, met with Francisco who has extensive knowledge in mattresses etc and made a purchase without any issues. I’ve also dealt with Customer Service and found them second to none as opposed to there competitor down the street (The Brick). Would definitely recommend Leon’s and the salesman to anyone. They are backed by a strong and friendly customer service department.
