Terrible service. We purchased a complete set of appliances from Leon’s for our new residence. We had them delivered a week or 2 early prior to the installation date. After trying to install our oven, discovered it would not fit in the cabinets. We contacted the cabinet installers to confirm no errors were made on their part. Soon after dis obeyed that the oven must have been damaged in shipping. Called marlin the sales person and he accused us of damaging it. He said we should have called in within 3 days of receiving it. He told us to call customer service. The woman we spoke to told us to pound sand and contact lg directly. Very poor service from Leon’s. Never deal there.
