Long story short Leons sent a technician out who broke my brand new adjustable frame, and they think it’s OK to try and fix it when I didn’t purchase a broken frame, I bought a brand new one that wasn’t broken. Oh, and I’m still waiting for headboard brackets for over two months now because they sent me incompatible brackets (hence the reason they sent a technician out to confirm what I told them .. but you can’t take a customers word for it, right). So for over $3000 I have a headboard that’s leaning against a wall completely useless and a broken adjustable frame. I know I’m not the only customer who has been screwed over by this company so who wants to join a lawsuit.
