Sorry can’t help you is ingrained in their rhetoric. Brand new LG tv having picture issues as soon as we plugged it in at home. Sorry sir, the TV worked when it left the store. Less than 24 hours from purchase , customer service horrible and touting the line. No refund or exchanges sir. Folks, buy your TV’s and appliances from another retailer. Leon’s is in a downward spiral. The original founders must be cursing todays Mangement. Skip the headaches and shop elsewhere.
