I had a terrible customer experience recently with vaughan store. I purchased a sectional sofa and opted for extended protection from Zacura. They assured me that stains could be removed with a wet napkin, but when my sofa got stained, I couldn't remove it. After six months of communication, they sent an unprofessional technician with a heavy-duty machine. Unfortunately, during the cleaning process, he tore the fabric.
I raised my concerns with the store, speaking to the store manager and sales manager (I can provide their names if needed), but they seemed more interested in responding than understanding. Despite the visible damage, they were unwilling to acknowledge the issue and insisted that we provide proof.
In an attempt to resolve the matter, I met with the store director who promised to investigate and get back to me, but two weeks passed without any communication.
It's disappointing to see that the culture at LEONS has changed, and they no longer prioritize customer respect.
