On Friday, September 6, 2024, I purchased a 30" LG refrigerator. Arrangements were made for its delivery on Sunday, September 8, 2024, between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. I received a call and an email on Saturday, September 7, 2024 informing me of the scheduled delivery time. On Sunday, prior to 9:00 a.m., I was contacted again to confirm that the delivery team was en route and would arrive at my residence in approximately 30 minutes. SC DELIVERY MGR delivery personnel arrived at my home before 9:30 a.m. They displayed a significant level of professionalism, consistently prioritizing cleanliness, respectfulness, and careful handling of the product during the process. I would like to extend my gratitude to everyone involved, from the sales representative Nadeem to the scheduler and the SC DELIVERY MGR team. Each individual played a significant role in ensuring that this experience was both pleasant and stress-free.
