There wasn't an option for ZERO ☆ bc that is what they deserve. Ordered a brand new loveseat recliner couch with power bar outlet in the middle backrest. The couch was dropped off but not unpacked or put together as there were cords that needed sorting thru. The recline handles we broken, the under arm rest storage knows were missing so armrest doesn't sit properly, the stitching in the seat was missing and the cover was coming off.. Called numerous times but was given the run around, paid for the insurance for new couch and setup -didn't get that back and we are left with a damaged couch that doesn't recline!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
