A very bad experience. We purchased a recliner chair set on December 21 2023and did not receive it until April of 2024 just two days after we received it we noticed it was broken, and for the fourth time we went in there complaining about the bad service and the broken couch .some guy finally came out and agreed it was broken. But couldn’t get the parts .it is now October 21, 10 months later .my wife has past away from cancer in September and never got to use ,it is still not fixed, this whole event has been horrible.
