I ordered a couch for delivery. It got delivered but they bent the bottom frame rail. That was way over a month ago. They sent a tech and a part is ordered so here I sit with crooked couch.
Then I also ordered the stain protection. The guy comes out today and sprays the sealant on. Didn’t move my guitar which was right behind the couch and got over spray all over the floor and never cleaned the couch prior so he locked in cat hair which is what they say they would avoid doing.
