Not a fan ngl. The pillow is like sleeping on a brick and it says you can get your money back if you try it for 2 weeks and you don’t like it but I’ve emailed them and I’ve had no reply. I’d say the pillow worsened my neck pain even though it claims to get rid of it. Also there are different sizes of pillows which is good and for example it recommended getting a size large if your a large build or extra large build but you sleep on your side but it gives no reference as to what they consider to be a large or xl build
