I suffer with tight/tense muscles in my neck and shoulders and poor posture. I wanted to try the Levitex pillow after hearing about it on a podcast. It took some time for my body to adjust, but I feel it has been a positive move. I also took your advice about utilising my old pillow! I’m seriously thinking about a mattress to help with managing my poor posture. Also keen to support an independent company.
