Upon using Levitex to order my pillow I was met with confusion as to what to order even after using the guided system which asked how I slept and how tall I was still met with confusion after it suggested a pillow for a smaller-sized person. every time I selected a pillow for a larger person I was met with this pillow wouldn't be suitable for back sleepers. The website is not clear nor easy to understand how these items are selected and perfected to your sleeping style by asking one or two questions.
