The service has been ok, but I’m very disappointed in the pillow I have purchased . I waited for nearly 3 months before I write about my experience. The pillow Actually made my neck even worse than before, it has not helped me with my neck pain and sleep, every morning my neck is in more pain and more stiff. I have followed all the instructions you have given and watched all the videos on Instagram. The pillow is too firm and makes my neck very stiff in the morning. So I have decided to stop using this pillow. Any person cannot sleep on one position, we are all human and when we are alseep we change positions to different sides and then sometimes on our back, we cannot sleep in one set position.
