The pillow does take a few days to get used to. Then you really do need it in your life. A further few days to get used to where you can put your arm (place head at edge of pillow and arm can go around pillow) and you have a really good pillow which supports your head. No more waking and turning your pillow as it has slunk down to nothing. Have tried a lot of pillows, with a lot of promises. This one lives up to its promise!
