The Levitex pillow has really made a difference, especially with my position during sleep. I used to wake gasping for breath because my pillows were too soft, this resulted in my windpipe being compressed.
If you struggle to begin with, I would advise placing a pillow between your knees,this really helps to support you body. Do persevere, it's definitely worth it.
