Quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and definitely the best pillow I’ve ever had. The CEO contacted me to discuss how my sleep had improved after trying levitex and not only gave some great advice, but organised a change to the size of the pillow I’d purchased to better suit my height and current mattress. I’d genuinely recommend this to anyone to try it for yourselves, especially as there’s a trial period, and I’ll be changing from my simba mattress to levitex very soon. Many thanks James!
