Awful customer service. I was one of their earliest customers, purchasing my scooter in 2020. I brought my scooter into their NYC store for a tire change. They told me they also replaced my (working) battery. Shortly afterwards, the battery they gave me stopped working. I tried contacting customer service about this, and they strung me along for weeks and told me to purchase a new battery from their webstore. It seems they're in the business of handing out defective parts and forcing you to pay to replace them.
