Went through Bikesure originally and they kept responding with new questions. I've been riding 40 years.they then tried to charge me an exuberant fee.wont use them again.rang Lexham and spoke with Owen who spent a lot of time getting the right policy for me.(I have 2 bikes now).he was great recommend Lexham .
