My query was answered so I decided to get a quote from them directly. Spoke with the most friendly and lovely lady called Ruth who took all my details. Could have chatted for ages but I know they are busy. Customer service interactions can often be very monotonous and boring. This was a pleasant experience. Thorough, quick and efficient. The Lexham online portal was easy to access and navigate to find all my documents and also easy to upload my proof of NCD.
