Worst customer service quality ever I experienced in insurance companies.
First of all, 1st call didn’t answer around 30min and they hung up suddenly.
2nd call also took more than 30min to answer.
Secondly, I just wanted to add my son to my policy as additional driver for casual riding and not for commuting, but it was declined because of high risk occupation. They said that he can’t ride for commute as my policy is not for commuting, so why occupation matters? This lady just insisting that my son is high risk occupation and no more explanation. I asked if I upgrade my policy is there possibility but no no no.
Not giving any options.
Finally, without say good bye or anything, just hung up.
What a brilliant service, isn’t it? I definitely leave this company unfortunately.
I can’t believe the review rate is over 80%… this was worst CS ever.
