I've just renewed with Lexham for a second year. I did try to ring them about a month before renewal to ask for a quote but couldn't/didn't have the patience to get through, however, they sent a renewal 3 weeks before the expiry date. I shopped on all the main comparison sites but Lexhams renewal was still the cheapest so I took it! They have a phone app and portal to access documents but its very basic so again not sure how easy it would be to make changes. Can't comment on making claims or changes but for my motorhome/campervan policy they are very cheap, so happy at the moment.
