I applied for insurance for my motorcycle. I then decided to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period.
I tried calling and was told the cancellation department could call back, it could be in 2 to 3 days!
I then emailed my cancellation. This has now taken nearly two weeks.
Out of the £141 I paid as a deposit, I was told I would get a refund of £12.40 even though I cancelled two days after starting.
Lexham can keep it! Would I recommend Lexhams! Not a chance.
