A friend of mine recently had a troubling experience with Lexham Insurance. Their customer service representative, Saim, allegedly told my friend they must close their food delivery account to avoid the cancellation of their third-party social insurance policy. This seems suspicious, so we reviewed the policy terms, but there was no mention of such a requirement. Furthermore, there appears to be no legal basis for this demand.
To make matters worse, after raising concerns and asking for clarification, Lexham has completely stopped responding to his calls. This avoidance feels like an attempt to dodge accountability, which is highly unprofessional. Ignoring customers only serves to erode trust and credibility.
If this request is legitimate, Lexham must provide clear evidence from their policy terms or legal justification for their actions. If not, they need to immediately reverse the policy cancellation or refund my friend’s money in full. Consumers deserve fairness, transparency, and respect—not to be left chasing answers while their livelihood is at stake.
Lexham, you cannot treat your customers like this and expect to escape accountability. Either resolve this matter properly, or be prepared to face legal action or other formal consequences.
