It took a while to get on the phone with someone.
The lady who helped me was probably quite new.
I have to say she didn't put much effort into speaking in an understanding way.
I asked many times if she could pronounce words more clearly as it sounded like she was covering her mouth all the time and very important things she was saying was quite hard to understand and sounded somewhat fed up. Maybe the Saturday shift is more boring I get it...
