Think this company is a disgrace when making a claim. 7 weeks on and nothing apart from asking for this that and the other. The Scooter was stolen for godsake. They make you feel like your the criminal everything they want. To top it off they want information but don't contact you. It's only when you contact them they say they need more information. Fully paided insurance and fully paided scooter. Wanting pictures of keys log book drivers licence and codes for driver licence. Wanting to know what other keys where with the scooter keys.
