I had to claim for total loss of my bike, and marble arch who administer lexham's claims were stellar. Everyone I spoke to could get to the information immediately, things were moved through the process at a good pace and actually advised me to increase my premium to obtain the full value of my bike, above what I had quoted in my insurance policy. I do not think I have ever heard of that taking place, so I will recommend lexham / marble arch to anyone who asks. Really impressed.
