When buying the insurance online at the weekend I needed to speak to someone to confirm whether I was covered. Although the office was closed I spoke to someone who was very rude, he swore at me down the phone before hanging up.
On the Monday all was sorted but I feel that staff on the claims line at the weekend need a course on talking to customers.
