Of all the companies I have ever dealt with, I have never experienced the level of extraordinarily terrible customer support that I have with LG.
After four years dealing with this complete lemon of a refrigerator - including visits from multiple service technicians, at least ten live chat sessions (most of which ended with the representative just disappearing), several hours on the phone, several refrigerator/freezer’s worth of food going to waste, and being told today that there are no options available to me other than to continue having technicians come out - I’m soooooo done with LG.
There is no chance in hell that I will ever (intentionally) purchase another LG product as long as I live.

Note: The refrigerator had great reviews when we bought it. It wasn't until after it had been on the market for about six months that people started having issues.
